Processing Time

All orders are printed on-demand. Production typically takes 3–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping Time

• Domestic (US): 3–7 business days after production
• International: 10–20 business days after production

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order leaves the facility.

Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Return & Refund Policy

Quality Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us at theglobalgarageshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will issue a free replacement.

Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive the wrong design or size than what was ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos for a free correction.

Size Exchanges & Returns

Because every shirt is custom-made for you at the time of purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer's remorse, or change of mind. Please consult the Size Chart on the product page before ordering.

Cancellations

Due to our automated fulfillment with Printful, orders enter production almost immediately. Cancellations or changes must be made within 2 hours of purchase. After 2 hours, the order is final.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery disputes.

Privacy Policy

Data Collection

We collect your name, email, and shipping address solely to fulfill your order through Shopify.

Third-Party Sharing

Your information is only shared with our printing partner, Printful, for the sole purpose of shipping your order. We never sell your data.

Security

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never see or store your credit card details.

Product Accuracy Disclaimer

All car designs are artistic representations intended for fans. While we strive for high accuracy, specific year/trim details may vary. Products are sold "as-is" based on the digital previews provided. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the DTG printing process.

Intellectual Property

All custom graphics and content are owned by TheGlobalGarage. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

TheGlobalGarage is a solo-operated boutique. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
